Workshop Description:
Try your hand at the potter’s wheel in this one- time workshop!
These workshops are a great opportunity to see if this is your next hobby, or simply cross off your bucket list! You will be guided through making 2 cups or bowls. You will get the full experience of centering the clay, building the foundation of your pot to then stretch the sides and see how high you can get it!
The workshop is approximately 2 hours. Your pots will be finished and fired for you, in the colour of your choice, ready to be picked up within 4-6 weeks. They will be food safe, dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.

Handbuilt Pumpkin Workshop
$85 +tax
This beginner friendly, handbuilding workshop will leave you craving everything pumpkin spice!
In 2 hours participants will be guided through creating their very own ceramic pumpkin (approximately a baseball size). The instructor will provide them step by step instruction, various texture tools & paints.
At the end of the workshop makers will then choose their glaze colour and the Zenfire team will carefully finish their pieces for them. Please allow 4-6 weeks to pick up your finished pieces.

Adult & Kiddo Workshop: Handbuilt Mug Workshop

Workshop Description:
These 2 hour workshops will explore using slabs of clay, templates, textures, and paints to create a one of a kind handbuilt mug!
Adults and kiddos will be working on their own projects but will also be assisting each other as they create. Our amazing instructor will be present to provide demonstration, inspiration and one to one support.
Finished pieces will be ready for pickup within 4-6 weeks of the workshop date.

Teen Wheel Workshop

Description:
Let’s create amazing pottery together!
Our incredible instructor will guide each participant through using the potter’s wheel, altering their pieces into new shapes, adding handles and clay slabs by sculpting and moulding, and decorating using various techniques.
These jam-packed workshops will be full of fun, laughter, and creativity. The instructor will work one on one with each maker’s skill level and vision, achieving their artistic goals.
There will be plenty of creative ideas provided, but we also encourage our students to come with ideas they love. We cannot wait to see what these creative teens make!
Students will choose their glaze colours and the Zenfire Pottery team will carefully finish each piece. Please allow 4-6 weeks for pottery pickup.

Add a warm glow to your space or create a handmade gift that shines. Join us for a hands-on ceramic workshop where you’ll learn to create 2 unique tea light holders using slab-building techniques. Perfect for beginners and clay enthusiasts alike, this session will guide you through the process of rolling, shaping, and assembling clay slabs to craft a functional and decorative piece.
You’ll explore basic hand-building skills, texturing, and design techniques to personalize your tea light holders—whether you prefer clean lines or organic shapes. All materials, tools, and firing are included.

Get creative with clay in this fun, hands-on workshop where you’ll craft 2 whimsical pottery gnomes! Perfect for beginners and experienced potters alike, this session will guide you through the basics of handbuilding using slabs, coils, and pinch techniques to shape your unique gnome character. You’ll learn how to add personality with expressive features, textured details, and optional accessories like hats, beards, or even tiny garden tools.
All materials, tools, and instruction are provided. After the workshop, your gnomes will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup within 4-6 weeks—just in time to add a magical touch to your home.

Knitting & Pottery Workshop
$130 +tax (8 spots/ workshop)
Join us for a hands-on, soul-soothing workshop that blends the comforting rhythm of knitting with the earthy artistry of pottery. Whether you’re new to the crafts or looking to deepen your skills, this immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to explore texture, form, and function through two timeless traditions.
In the morning participants will learn to make a hat using chunky and soft yarn. Students will learn to knit cables and use the Magic Loop method of knitting in the round. There will be a break for lunch before jumping on the potter’s wheel to create a ceramic bowl to organize one’s knitting notions.
