Workshop Cancellation / Date Change Policy: 

In the event of a cancellation, a fee may apply depending on the timing and circumstances. The cancellation fee helps us manage time and resources, ensuring that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients. The fee is intended to cover costs such as scheduling adjustments, pre-service preparations, and other administrative expenses.

Workshop cancellations and /or date change: $25+ tax admin fee per person registered.

Workshops cannot be cancelled or changed within 7 days of the registration date.

Class cancellations and/ or date change: $75+ tax admin fee per person registered

Classes cannot be cancelled or changed within 7 days of the registration date.

Makeup classes are not available due to our limited space, the structured nature of the program schedule, and the need to maintain consistency and quality across all sessions. This policy ensures that all participants receive a uniform learning experience and allows instructors to focus on delivering the highest standard of instruction without disruption. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Please note: Workshops may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, participants will have the option to:

• Receive a 100% refund of their workshop fee, or
• Transfer their registration to another available workshop date.

We will make every effort to notify participants as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or schedule changes. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
